Corpance is part of ESJ accountants and tax advisers, so we can engage advisers from ESJ where necessary. We work in small teams with short lines, we are approachable and we prefer practical solutions. Turbulence is no deterrence for us, and we will ensure a soft landing.
Within Corpance, all valuations are performed by a Register Valuator (RV) affiliated to the professional association the Netherlands Institute for Register Valuators (NiRV). An RV is a financial expert who specialises in business valuation. This person may act as a representative of a client, as an impartial adviser to multiple parties or as an arbitrator. In case of disagreement about the value of shares, a binding opinion from a Register Valuator provides a solution.
Corpance has also been entrusted with international business. That is why Corpance is affiliated with Allinial Global through ESJ, its parent company.
Allinial Global is an association of independent accountants and tax advisory firms around the world that share knowledge and experience. The main aim behind this is to develop and support an international network.
